  1994, Austin, UK
Class:  Shrub / English

Parentage:  Unknown
Flowers:  Pale, delicate blooms of old rose form
Size:  6 feet x 5 feet (warm climates)
5 feet x 4 feet (cool climates)
Fragrance:  Strong
Of note:  Excellent cut flower; blooms of soft and lovely color.

'Eglantyne' bears flowers which are of lovely form and color; the pale, soft pink blooms are fully quartered, and seem to last forever, both on the bush and as cut flowers.  In addition to the superb flowers (which come reliably throughout the entire season), 'Eglantyne' is healthy, disease resistant, and very fragrant.  Habit is tall and bushy.
