Tiffany Introduced: 1954, Lindquist, USA AARS-1955 ![]() Class: Hybrid Tea Zones: 4-10 Parentage: 'Charlotte Armstrong' x 'Girona' Flowers: Medium to Dark Pink. Beautifully formed; high-centered; 4 inches. Size: 4 - 5 feet Fragrance: Suberb *Gamble Award Winner Of note: Lovely, well-formed flowers have wonderful 'Old Rose' fragrance. Introduced over three decades ago, 'Tiffany' is still an outstanding choice for a pink Hybrid Tea rose. This vigorous rose produces classic hybrid tea flowers on long stems, and the fragrance is superb. The disease resistant foliage is dark green and glossy, covering thorny canes which reach four to five feet. Despite the generally good disease resistance, watch out for powdery mildew. Winter hardiness is good. Due to the good substance of the flowers, long stems, and excellent fragrance, 'Tiffany' is a good choice for those who like cut flowers. Further, 'Tiffany' can be considered an exhibition quality rose. |
